Two Point Museum Coldwater Fish: Species and Locations

The nine base-sea Coldwater Fish

Distinguish the Coldwater Fish category from any animal that happens to live in cold water. Some cold-water Sea Monsters belong to a different category and should not automatically be counted toward a Coldwater Fish objective.

The checked PC references list these nine species for the base Two Point Sea area:

Unlock the cold-water route

The early objective requires a cold-water Aquarium, so complete an empty tank and add a Coldwater Cooler first. You do not have to obtain a fish before making the aquarium cold.

Numb Drop needs two Marine Life Experts. Inspect its event counters: Survey Skills and Fish Whispering concern its MIA risks. Plant Camouflage counters a separate delay event and does not replace both MIA counters.

Find a missing species safely

Compare gaps in your Sticker Book with the source locations above. Inspect a locked POI’s current unlock conditions rather than assuming a missing fish will appear on another route.

Pay particular attention to Lantern Fish. The frozen exhibit is not yet the living fish. Thaw it and promptly move it to an appropriate cold-water tank or inventory before its health reaches zero. Sleight Whale may only share a tank with its own kind. Check food, filtration and capacity using the aquarium layout guide.
